1. Remove the battery cover and battery.
2. Press and hold the following keys: ALT + Right Shift + Delete.
3. When the prompt appears, select Yes.
4. Once the reset is complete, the BlackBerry Storm 9500 will reboot.
5. You will be prompted with a setup wizard. Follow the instructions to reconfigure your device.
6. Once your device has been set up, replace the battery and battery cover.
